What if I forget my password or account login?

What is Alchemia?

Alchemia is a special blend of base metals used to produce matchless pieces with the look and feel of 18K gold. Alchemia does not contain nickel, lead, or cadmium. The special attributes of Alchemia make it very fascinating because it carries the quality and aesthetics of gold with a price that doesn’t drain your bank account. Because Alchemia is not plated gold, the color you see is on the inside and outside of the piece. It will not turn or tarnish due to an incredibly, strong, protective lacquer. All of our Alchemia pieces are hypoallergenic.

What is 925 Sterling Silver?

925 Sterling Silver represents the 92.5 percent of pure silver that exists. 925 is the highest quality of Sterling Silver.

How do Swarovski crystals compare to cubic zirconia?

Cubic Zirconia is a synthetic replication, designed and cut to look like natural diamonds. Swarovski crystals are man-made gems with a precision cut that is more perfect than natural diamonds. These high quality glass crystals are composed of quartz, sand, and other minerals. Swarovski crystals are generally less expensive than cubic zirconia, but look just as dazzling when caught in the light.

Are Swarovski crystals real diamonds?

Swarovski crystals are not synthetic diamonds, but are commonly known as diamond imitations. Synthetic diamonds are an exact replication of natural diamonds, except they are created in a laboratory instead of being mined.

Where do Swarovski crystals come from?

Swarovski crystals are produced at the company's traditional production plant in Wattens, Austria, where each crystal is subject to the most stringent quality controls.

What is Rhodium Plating?

Rhodium is from the platinum family. When jewelry is plated with rhodium, its surface is typically resistant to scratches and tarnish. The surface also has a white, reflective appearance.

Do you make custom orders?

Unfortunately, no. At the moment we are not able to take custom orders.

How long until my order ships?

We know you’re excited for your order to arrive! Orders typically ship within 1-3 days from receipt of the order. You will receive an email once your order has shipped so that you may track your order status from there.

How do I make a return?

We are sorry that your order wasn’t right the first time. We accept returns within 15 days from when your order is received. The item(s) must be unworn with tags still attached. Please email us at info@emmandeva.com to initiate your return order.

Do you offer a product warranty?

Our product warranty is provided through the manufacturer, and is limited to defects in materials or craftsmanship. If you are unsure if you meet the warranty, please review our Warranty page, which details the process and what is included.

How do I care for my jewelry?

Jewelry is as unique as the wearer. As such, each piece has special cleaning guidelines. For gold-plated jewelry, use a specialty gold polishing cloth to gently wipe until clean. Sterling silver jewelry requires a fine silver polish. Apply to a soft microfiber cloth and wipe until clean.

It is important to note that gold plated and sterling silver jewelry can tarnish over time due to natural elements. Regular cleaning can help protect the beautiful nature of your piece.

How do I make my jewelry last longer?

As a general rule of thumb, prevention is the best way to ensure longevity. Outside of regularly cleaning your jewelry, removing before any bathing, swimming, or physical activity can help prevent tarnishing over time. Avoiding contact with lotion, water, and perfume will also help ensure that your pieces look as beautiful as the first day you wore them.
